SHIPPING

  • We ship globally with Fedex on DDU basis. 
  • Shipping Costs vary with Box size and weight.
  • All orders placed for international shipping (outside India) till 11 AM IST on any days except Sunday will be processed in 2 days.
  • We have partnered with FedEx  for all our International shipping services.
  • We ship on all weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • In case of any incomplete or incorrect shipping address, Remote areas, Locked house or receiver not available the courier company or Upahãra (Lifeiscool Media Pvt. Ltd.) can not be held responsible.
  • For products, the delivery would be attempted only twice. If the delivery is not executed during those attempts due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, or any other reason. And the customer will be charged extra (on actual basis determined by the shipping partner) for making the delivery after two attempts for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
  • Our shipment are delivered Globally on priority with FedEx
  • Change of shipping address request will be entertained only if it's made within the estimated Time of Delivery (as mentioned in the Shipping Confirmation mail). The Change of Shipping Address costs are incurred by the ‘Sender’.
  • All delivery shall be as per the standard delivery procedure and schedule SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND LOCAL HOLIDAYS.
  • If there are  multiple products in a single order, we always try to ship all products as a single package. Though, this may not be the case always due to certain conditions on International Shipments. Conditions differ from country to country.
  • We request not to accept the package in case it is not in a good condition or tampered with. You can lodge your complaints with our customer service team. All the efforts will be made to replace your orders and deliver them as soon as possible.(For details please go to our section for Refund & Returns)

  • In the event of Missed or Faulty Orders, Upahãra shall be held responsible and Free Replacement or Refund will be forwarded to the customer as deemed appropriate. (For details please go to our section for Refund & Returns)
